Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! My art and mail club currently travel to more than 10 countries around the world, and counting!
Can I order from the US?
At the moment, I’m unable to ship regular shop orders to the US because of recent US customs and postal changes.
Mirror & Muse Mail Club is the only exception and is still available to US members, since it is sent as a small letter-sized envelope.
I hope to reopen regular US shipping as soon as possible.
When will my mail club envelope ship?
Mail club envelopes ship on the 1st of each month, not on the day you subscribe.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery after shipping:
✦ Romania: 1–5 business days
✦ Europe: 5–10 business days
✦ International: 10–20 business days
Will I receive tracking?
To keep shipping affordable worldwide, orders are sent via standard post and do not include tracking.
Can I cancel my mail club subscription?
Of course! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account. You're also welcome to come back whenever you feel like it.
Can I buy previous editions of the mail club?
Yes, limited catch-up envelopes are available.
Is this AI-generated or mass-produced?
No. This is an independent artist-run business. Everything you see here is created by me, Teo, and carefully prepared in my small studio in Romania, from the original illustration to the final print. Every order is packed by hand with a lot of care before making its way to you. I also print products on demand, to reduce waste as much as I can.
